Dear Sir/madam

I am outsider from delhi. I see off my brother from New Delhi railway station on 1st of December 2009 , Nobody has stop me and I didnt see any board near the entry gate and when I come outside after drop my brother two guy stop me at 16 no gate at 9:15 PM ,they are saying where is your ticket, I said I see off my brother. they said thats ok, but where is your entry ticket. I said I dont know about ticket. They said if you didnt have ticket you have to pay Rs 500 . I said I dont have this much of money they said pay only Rs 200 but we didnt give any receipt.when I refuse to pay they said ……….. then I have to pay Rs 200.

But the system is not good try to put only Police in uniform name plate must be there.

I also wrote to some News Channels also.
