I purchased sim card of rel.com. no. alloted to me was 9022617349.
They started caller tune service on their own. I immidiatelly replied I Do not need it . still they disconnected mobile service in 1 month time . When I checked with call centre mulund . They restarted my phone service but shown my balance in nagative. I had done hardly 4/5 local calls in starting . Ireceived reply my request for not accepting caller tune was not accepted by them. After 3 months they accepted this request but my money never returned in terms of correcting balance. This is how such so called reputed service providers are cheating common public. Pl. be alert of this . If any one interested to help me in this issue ,is welcome.
