Customer care not responding in a proper way

Hi,
This is regarding the customer care behavior. Most of the time I am facing issue with the talk time balance. sometimes they reduce my balance without informing me by activating some plan and whenever I ask for that they are not responding properly (very rude behavior) sometimes abusing also.

Now I am facing with the talk time plan. Initially I had 1 paisa per sec and now they have changed to 1.2 paisa per sec Plan without giving any proper information.
I am totally fed up with all these nonsense activity sometimes irritating and feeling of not to use Airtel again in future.
