Customer Executives can’t talk in English

Starting of promos automatically without even taking a confirmation from our side. They keep on deducting money for one reason or the other.
The preferred language always changes to Marathi despite regularly changing it to English.
When calling Customer Care, the call gets divert to persons who don’t have any command over English. They start talking in Marathi or Hindi. And we are not allowed to register a complain regarding this change of preferred language or non availability of English speaking Customer Care Executives. Even they drop the calls if they are unable to convince us regarding the same.
