customer’s discomfort against Airtel company for deducting money from pre-paid connection with illegal activation of its services

I’m feeling very discomfort since last one year against Airtel company for deducting money regularly from my pre-paid airtel mobile connection with illegal activation of its services like rington, missu, astrology, ramdev, rudraksha and many more. Frequently it waste my working time & disturbed me by sms/call for promoting its services. The company activated service itself & started deducting money from my pre-paid account. I have tried to contact the customer care but every time it was only the recored voice having no option to complain/request to stop all these. Then, I have sent “start DND” several time. But every time the company replied the process failed. I use this mobile connection only for phone call & receive not to avail any other services from Airtel. My complain is that why the company not listening (i.e., not starting DND & access to complain in customer care) to its customer’ comfort even after I have repeatedly asked for.
