Dear Sir, I Subhasis Maiti register my name in CV Naukri on 22 November 2013.Same day at 10.00 AM Mr Bibak Tripathy call me for registration and he told me the Registration charge is Rs. 1600.00. But when the registration process is going on with Mr Pratik Gandhi (Emp Id:- 442) in telephonic conversion first he told me to debit Rs.1600.00 (OrderId:- 137885) then he told me to debit Rs.5270.00 but i told him the charge is Rs 1600.00 then why you told me to debit Rs. 5270.00 (OrderId:- 137891) then he told me no problem you do it. It will not debited from your account many time i told him but he told me if it will be debit from your account then i will told you the refund process. Then i do the process and the amount Rs. 5270.00 is debited from my account but he can’t able to refund the money. Then Mr. Abishek Barma call me and complete the registration process but he cannot able to do the refund process then he told me next day morning he will call me and tell me the refund process. Next day Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh call me and try the refund process but he cannot able to do. Still now i can’t refund my money. So i request you please have a look on the matter to get refund my money (Rs.5270.00) as soon as possible. I also attach transaction details below 1.
