On 14 January 2014 I received a call from a person representing www.cvnaukri.com marketing team from below numbers. 01204760650 01204118025 He said that they provide job assistance in India and Gulf countries and asked me to come online.I told I cannot come online so asked him to call again tomorrow.He called me again on 15-January 2014 to come online to register for their service and fill the form. He created a profile on their website and asked me and pay amount of Rs 4100 for their services which I did. After that transaction successful he said 4100 is only for validating my profile like previous experience checking,Education details verification and asked me to pay an amount of 3300 for their resume writing and other services to get the job opportunity call from their clients.So I paid 3300 also.Again after second transaction was successful he said this 3300 is only for jobs in India and I have to pay 3500 for getting a job assistance for gulf job opportunities adn relationship manager assignment from them who is sole contact point for me on my profile.I paid the last amount of 3500 also. All this happened over phone and online.I have screen shot saved when I am paying all 3 transactions and My phone had recorded the call conversation which I have saved. On the same call he asked me to share my resume to resume@cvnaukri.com mail Id and degree copy,Pan card copy, experience letter to verifications@cvnaukri.com mail Id which I shared.Next day onwards I received couple of mails on job opportunity for Dubai which is already available in Nakri free service from them (jobbuster@cvnaukri.com).After 10 days of first call received one email on my profile verification with a pdf document saying my profile is verified and is positive on education and previous experience.

I have followed them over phone call for every few days and enquired for the progress on my profile for job opportunity.Some times they said they are working on my profile and a relationship manager (Praveen) will be assigned.I received a call from Praveen also when I asked I wanted to talk to him over phone.When I asked about the refund they replied that they can provide refund only after 90 days in case if I am not satisfied with their service.They agrees to pay complete amount of Rs 10900 as refund. (Narendra Sinha(as he said over phone)) is my point of contact for all enquiries.But same voice I listen when I call every time except 1 or 2 which a lady picked and answered he is on leave.Some of the phone calls I received from them too.Again my phone had recorded all the calls with them over 1- 2 months time. Now I don’t see their website and their phone numbers are out of service.All I wanted is my Money Rs 10900 (4100+3300+3500 = 10900) back and action on those cheaters. Thank you, Ravi G

Sir, I have got call from cvnaukri. I have paid rs 1600/- then again called for giving this refund amount and told for come to online .and they fraud me and deduct my amount rs 19000/- I have no received my refund yet. Please help me for refund and arrest them those at CVNaukri.
