. I got a call from Venkateshan stating that his manager was asking why my complaint was not serviced earlier. As I have stated in the complaint that I had already called them 4 times in the past, right from receiving the product and followed up 3 times. But they failed to acknowledge their fault and are now blaming me. Venkateshan (02240960572) also told me that once I got off from the call, he would try and service me through unofficial channels. He asked me to pay Rs 500 and promised me to deliver the product. But I have not heard from him since 10 days and again they are making me go around in circles. No one has come to collect Rs 500.

Firstly, they did false advertising on website and sent me wrong product and now they are making me false promises to get off your radar and not even talking of getting me the correct product. Their service representatives clearly say that they can come and only demo the product but will not be taking or replacing it. This has given me personal grief since I had bought the product as a birthday present for my dad in November but I can’t gift it yet! I humbly request you to intervene in this matter and close it. The big companies are simply trying to bury mistakes in their backyard, hoping that no one will find out about their conduct.

As i said earlier, I was even ready to pay the difference of Rs 500, which they gave as a discount in their invoice and get the right product. But after all this misery, I am re-thinking my decision. Please step in to do the right thing and help me get either the right product or my money back. I have been a good customer and already paid around Rs 12,000 as my annual subscription fee to them for channels. I also have 2 set to boxes. So it is not the question of money but my rights as a consumer have been clearly violated. Please refer to case 136211.3.2015 if you want more details. I am ready to present any document needed.
