Very pathetic service from you guys i am facing now a days. your service center is so pathetic. I bought ac of daikin on oct 2018 but i fitted it on feb 2019 at that time cooling is fine due to whether. Now on 4-apr-2019 when i start my daikin ac it blows warm air because cooling gas is over. Then i register complaint on your cc team they gave me the complaint no 20181123 which was opened on Friday 05-04-2019. then on 06.04.19 your service executive reach at my home and said i dont filling the cooling gas i am only here to check whats the problem in ac. He also trying me to sell some coating paint on ac. his mob no is 7982111839. After that i again call to your service center no 9266670630 they told we will arrange it on sunday but i told him sunday is you office closed. he told me we will arrange sir. nobody came on sunday. Then i again called up on monday(yesterday) they told me we dont have any staff today so we will send by tuesday(which is today 09-04-19). i called up him in the morning he told me executive is on the way with cooling gas. I again called up him just now at 1.35 Pm they change the statement and saying we will trying to send the service executive by tomorrow. So my point is Daikin is providing service to customer in this bad way. If today my ac is not worked properly i will definite by tomorrow filled the consumer case against daikin ac India.
