1- I paid Rs 5999/- online through BOB netbanking on 9-1-13 and my order no is PM322043126E. On 13-2-13, I was contacted from the no. 911832708525 and my addres was confirmed and informed that i would get the device. They did not keep their word. On 28-2-13, they contacted me and I agreed to change the device from UBISLATE 7CZ to UBISLATE 7C+ with the keyboard case. They told me that i would receive it within a week. Again they did not keep their word and cheated me second time. Now they are not even answering the emails and the phone numbers are always on busy mode.

Either they should immediately send me UBISLATE 7C+ with Keyboard case (as it is readily available with them as shown on their website) and refund the remaining amount or else they should immediately refund the whole amount without cutting any charges. Any one of the above two things should be done as soon as possible.
