Hi, Subject: Regarding the purchase of tablet from Datawind company. I have booked tablet from datawind website(datawind.com) in May 2012 but still I had not recieved my tablet. I did payment through cheque. After every couple of months I remind them through mail but they make false promises by saying that you will recieve your tablet within 10 days or 20 days. The fact is that till now I had not recieved my tablet. Almost 11 months had passed. This is humble request, please help me out of this.

I want them to be punished for mentally harasshing me and they have to pay compensation. This is to make them realise, so that they dont dare to do this with somebody else.
