I have ordered their Ubislate device on 23rd of March 2013. I have received order acknowledgement with a reference number: PMEDBA5. However, so far, I have not recevied the device. Their support or contact numbers go unanswered (sometimes, the telephones do not even ring). Repeated e-mails elicit no real response (or false updates). I have received an update on someone else’s name and with a tracking number but that is not valid. Another e-mail confirmed 3 days back that the device is despatched but no tracking number provided and I have not receieved the device either.
Device delievered immediately or refund the complete money.
