Datawind Ubislate Defective Product Received & Delay in After Sale Service

This is with reference to my purchase Order ID “PM5073E” dated March 16, 2013. I had booked an UBSLATE 7C+ (Tablet PC) through www.datawind.com in cash on delivery mode. On March 25, 2013 I received the product via BLUE DART COURIER (AWB No- 59104350546) by paying Rs-5199/- (Invoice No-AMBD032200697), but it is a matter of great regret that the product is defective (manufacturing defect). It was not in a condition to get started. After trying the provided customer care no- 01832581330 for more than 50 times & writing several e-mails to techsupport@datawind.com finally I was instructed to ship the product to the company address to Amritsar at my own cost. So I shipped the product to the company address on April 01, 2013 via DTDC Courier (Consignment Number- D12779205) & it was delivered at Amritsar on April 05, 2013. It is a matter of great regret that it is almost 1 ½ months already passed I have not yet received any communication from the company side. Whenever I am calling the customer support at 01832581330, I am getting an irritating answer “we have received the product & your complain is under process, wait for 1 week more”. Therefore I request you to do the needful action towards the resolution of the issue to relief me from harassment & mental agony.
