I had done an advanced payment for the UBISLATE tab which is a product of Datawind. According to their mail the acknowledged the receipt of amount and promised to deliver the product by end of july 2012. After calling hundreds number of times and sending numerous mails and even after receiving their mail about the revised delivery they have not yet deliver the product. At last I asked for the refund of paid amount but they have not yet reverted even for the refund.

Economically I had done an advance payment of 3000/- apart from this the physical and mental trauma i faced was too extreme as i am awaiting for the product since july 2012 as per their commitment but never received it till date……I had my own promises to my family and dears which I am not able to fulfill and creating lots of personal tensions.

I want a refund of my money along with the penalty for causing me a physical and mental trauma which is causing me my personal relationships.
