De-activation of Airtel connection without proper reason

Hi Airtel,

I have taken the new Airtel connection at June end in Airtel showroom- Konappana agrahara,Electronics city,Bangalore-100. I have given my photo proof and local address proof also to Baskar-9880597121

I got a call from customer care to verify my address proof after 15 days and cleared the verification.

But after 1 month, the sim was dis-connected stating that “The sim was not used for 1 month” and deactivated by connection.

But I was using regularly the sim and had a account balance more than Rs:200.

I went to my hometown for 3 days and when I put the sim back, I got the sim registration failed message.

I called to customer care and each one gave different reasons for the deactivation. But as per one guy, I filled the new form and provided all the proofs again to the same Airtel showroom 3 weeks back.

As per the shop, they said they will be activating in 48 working hours and I have been asking them about the activation for nearly a month. But finally they said the sim is totally closed/rejected and advicing to get a new connection.

I was totally frustrated with this, even I have provided all the documents twice and wasted almost 2 months.

I request you to provide a solution for this and I need a solid re-imbursement for all my efforts.

Now I am using a new Airtel connection: 9731039455
