I disgust to write about your airtel blackberry services.Last 10 days i have been faced problems of internet connectivity,you also deactivated my blackbery services also without notice. I request you to credit our prepaid charges for those days which you couldn’t give the services. Your customer care 7070 and 121 also inefficent to solve the problems of your customer. Recruit well trained staff to your customer care centre / call centre.If your services will not improved within 2-3 days i will definately shift to other mobile companies.
