My Airtel prepaid cell no 9971563152. Surprising and shock when I received a message for caller tune downloaded and Rs.15 have been deducted from my account for setting a caller tune without my permission. Another Rs.15 has been deducted for changing the caller tune again without my consent for that I never asked for the same. I don’t want any kind of caller tunes in future. Kindly look into the matter and I condemn to deduct Rs.15 for caller tune activation. Is it not a part of a “BHRASHTACHAR” (CORRUPTION). Kindly I request you to deactivate the same immediately from my mobile.
