With due respect i am going to stat that i was using your airtel number : 9815552613 since last 2 or 3 years ans i was completely satisfied with your service but due to some reasons my SIM CARD was out of my mobile for last 2 or 3 months but when i enter my sim in my mobile on yesterday i have got unregistered sim card message.Then i complained to customer care executive but they are making nuisance talk and telling that they could not activate this number.When i call on this number(9815552613) i got its ringing because this number was issued to another person.I could not understand that how it is possible and i am really surprised with Airtel service.
Therefore, i request you that you please take a proper step in favour of me as soon as possible.
Please take an immediate step.
