I had purchased car from this dealer and paid him money including car registration. He promised me to do the registration as I had paid money but he delayed this and finally he has moved from barshi to somewhere else. His dealership is also closed now. He has done this fraud to many vehicles in Barshi. Now I am doing registration from my own again by paying fine.
Because he has not done registration, the temporary number he has provided I have used it for almost year now. There is a huge economical damage as while doing registration now I have to pay tax with fine.

I want to recover all my financial damage along with penalty to him for this fraud
