Today on Dec 24,2011 on my airtel number 9634743026 I received message at 21:21:02 from AD 54321regarding using SMS subscription service from airtel and airtel deducted Rs 5/- for that while I did not apply for any service After caliing 4 times in Airtel customer service talking with Mr. Ajay, Sarvesh, rahul all person transfer line for the senior but every time these guy disconnect the line after waiting so long in one call its 15:54 minutes,I did not get any information or satisfactory answer from airtel. I wasted my an hour on caling in airtel and Rs 4 to chat with customer care guys. Its disguishting the company like airtel doing like this, I need a satisfactory answer from you people why this thing happen , REPLY AWAITED FROM YOUR SIDE
