My mobile number is 9895659111 (Airtel – kerala circle) using this connection from more than 6 years and it has been noticed that the service Portfoloio manager is active on my number with out activating from my side. I have reported the same to airtel customer care on Nov – 10 for deactivating the service. After that also the service was active. i have requested to deactive the service through sms also three times after that. when i checked the same on yesterday the service is still active and contacted the customercare again on dec 20 (ref : 51220464596) and still am not satisfied with there replay.
why should i spend my money for the service that am not at all using ? Please let me know if it not not possible for you to deactiveate the service so that i have port my number to some other service.
