Some days ago I recieved an SMS from my service provider SMART (reliance) that music station pack is renewed & Rs 30 has been deducted. The problem is I have never asked them to provide any such faclity on my mobile, we used to get many disturbing calls from the providers some months ago, & quite possible this has been activated by them in one such call(although never activated intentionally). More over they give a toll free no. on which we can call to unsubscribe (although we have never subscribed ever intntionally), but the network to that no. is always busy. Eventually user has to bear a loss or Rs 30 every month without any fault.
Can some action be taken on these type of providers?
