Amount deducted from my balance without any reason

My Airtel prepaid Mobile no. is 9970527200. Since about past 3 months, some balance is regularly deducted from my account. Every time i call the customer service desk, i’m given different reasons for the same and assurances that going further the same will not happen. But till date i’m charged & the my balance is deducted for no reasons.The executives i spoke to are not helpful at all & every time i call up customer service desk, i get to talk to a new executive, i’ve to re explain the problem again. Sometimes the call alst for as long as 30 to 45 mins & i’m charged for the call as well, without the resolution till date. I’m assured that i would get a call back but never receive a call back. More than the money that is deducted, its the mental harassment that i’ve been going through. I want a resolution to my complaint- All the money deducted so far should be refunded & an assurance that going further money will not be deducted for no reasons.
