Deduction of balance and shear response from customer care

Hi, I am vinodha. recently i easy-recharged for Rs.100. after some days i noticed that my balance have been continuously reduced by 1re/day. i checked with the customer care that i had no special services activated with my number and they told that they will refund my deducted balance by 14th december.but nothing happened. i got fed up by calling to the customer as i could not connect to them at all. even my friends who are using airtel aren’t able to connect to the airtel. i don’t understand what is wrong with airtel. this is atrocious! airtel is seriously annoying me. if this continues, i will be forced to change my network. i am expecting immediate response.
