There has been a deduction of Rs. 50 from my prepaid account on 25th July 2010 (Sunday). I have accessed only facebook which i usually do since its free till 31st August 2010. As a result, i contacted customer care twice. The representive after hearing my case, transferred the call to another senior official by the name Mr.Kumaran(Senior Associate). Mr. Kumaran then informed to me that there has been some downloads which has happened the details of which i could get by sending a message to “LAST” to 121.
After this i got a message from Airtel giving me the details of WAP usuge which were all between 7:28 PM to 8:02 PM. I have accessed only facebook at that time and nothing else. Then Mr. Kumaran told me that i would have to mail this issue to the mail id “121@airtelindia.in” in order to sought out this issue.
I have been a customer of Airtel since May 1st of 2008. I havent had any problems until last night. Therefore, i kindly request the respective authority to sought out this issue.
