I just bought and idea prepaid connection last month and recharged it with Rs 101.I just made one call of Rs1.50.Now within a span of a week my balance is zero.My family members are also using idea connection and if this is the kind of service u guys will give us then we don’t want to be with u guys anymore.My friends are also using idea numbers.What I want is an inquiry into this matter and I want my balance refunded.I am scared even recharging my phone.I am also not been able to recieve any calls as my number is sometimes showing as switched off.
