Deduction of charges for services not availed

I am using the airtel no. from last 5 years my number is 9831107470 on first of october the company had deducted Rs. 50 for VAS which I had never downloaded or requested. When I tried to contact with customer care executive and explained him the whole incident he asked me to remain on hold while he is transferring the line to his senior he kept me on hold for 10 min utes but his senior never picked the call at last the call get dropped. I thereafter tried to contact him again and this thing get repeated for three times on 01.10.2010 and 5 times on 02.10.2010. Finally I had been able to contact with Mr.Barun who without listening to my problem declared that I had used that particular service and completely ignoring my plea that
1. When the charges got deducted at 10:45 AM I was in my office busy with my work .
2. If I had downloaded the service why I had not receive any content from that service except the sms.

Further the senior executive disconnected the call in between without listening to me properly for which I am bearing charges and had wasted more than one hour.
I think the airtel had cheated me and had caused mental harassment. Now I am seriously thinking of changing the service provider as I think why should I pay extra money when there is no quality service
