I had earlier using an Airtel Postpaid connection(+91 9897100369) which was on my fathers name: Shri. Subodh bansal. It has been converted into pre-paid few months back. But the company is deducting caller tunes charges from my prepaid balance since then though the caller tune is not active on my number. Kindly help me with this.
