Deduction of main balance

Respcted Sir/Madam,
With due respect and regards, I am the customer of ur Airtel Company havin a Prepaid Sim Card bearing number 9596427952. And my complaint is about deduction of my main balance. Sir this abropt deduction is done by your comany 3 time to me in last few weeks. First when i call ur customer service they aplogised and refuns me Rs 3, after 2nd deduction, ur female executive doggs me and dropped the after at lest 15 mins and now todays call to customer service, they told me the deduction is geniune, when i dfended myself, he told me i will forword ur call to senior executive and then Sr Executive also puts on me hold when i defended myself again agsinst his arguements and dropped the call. Now i approache you through internet. Now if u will do nothing about this proble.. I will go to the courtt of law… Too decide this matter ther. Dont take this as a joke…
And also one thing you done this with me 3 times in two weeks… God knowhow many time you done with other customers.
