I was browsing Rworld which the service provider claims to be free for browsing for the customer. While doing so erronously i pressed a button and immediately i pressed the cancel button and closed the browser and exited from the menu. After checking the balance amount i was shocked to know that i was charged Rs 50 for the same I immediately contacted the executive of the customer care for the same but they promised me to rectify the error within 48 hours but till date the problem is not solved. kindly guide me
