On 1st of april i requested customer services for the code of the song “Chakhle chakhle” from the movie “Deewanwe Hue Pagal”,from customer care care i got the code..i confermed the code twice…from customer care..then requested for the same song from sms. they deducted Rs. 3 for sms and Rs. 15 downloading of song and rental Rs. 5 for 5 days for that song…but after 24 hrs i came to know that another “maar sutya” song is being playied insted of the requested song. i complained to customer care…they said i have 2 wait for 24-48 hrs..my complaint has been regestered.but the same song was being playied after 48 hrs…the same process happened 3-4 times and they asked me that the problem is solved but the problem remained there and then they said to wait and the problem will be solved as soon as possibe. after so many complaints i got a call from the No.02230384848 on 10/04/09 and they asked what is the problem they are from some head office. i explained the problem..then i requested them to listen the caller tune by calling me back and i wont receive their call this time..they did so..and after 2 days they send me a sms telling that the song i requested is not available there so they are crediting my account with Rs 15 (downloading charger of song )…My problem is that they are crediting Rs 15 but why not the rental charged from me for that song which i didn’t requested..they deducted Rs. 3 for that sms and 3 times Rs 5 as rental every 5th day..and i complained them about it, they are saying you have used the services so you have to pay and iam saying that when there is no fault from my side so why i shoiuld pay for that song which i didnt requested.either upload another song without taking downloading charges or refund my rental so that i can request for another song from the same amount. but they are not interested and my ac has been debited from Rs.18 without the use of the desired service. so i request u to take necessary action against them for debiting my accounts money fraudly.
