Hi Sir,

My name is Pawan Kumar. I am customer of this bank from last three years. I have one complaint that on 09-03-2010, my account has been deducted by Rs.500/- without my knowledge. and the reason, they are telling me is looking to be fake.
They say that i asked for Gold Card, but its not true. i am not applying any gold card.
So i would request to you to rectify my original account and remburse me Rs500
other wise I will take strict action against Hdfc bank
(my complaint no is DEL191288)
Please look into this matter as soon as posible.
