HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE US A ENTIRELY
FREE HELLO TUNE FOR 3 MONTHS FOR WHICH THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES
INCLUDING DOWNLOADING CHARGES AND RENT THAT MEANS TOTALLY FREE.BUT TO
DAY WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE AN AMOUNT OF RS 60/ HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED
FROM MY BALANCE.
I CONTACTED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE MR PARAS HAS GIVEN YOUR EMAIL ID AND
ASKED TO INFORM YOU.I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND MY RS60/ – AS I
HAVE NOT GIVEN MY CONSENT FOR THIS ON CHARGEABLE BASIS .SIR, THIS IS A
SORT OF CHEATING OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE
MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME WHO HAVE A VERY GOOD FAITH IN AIRTEL.
IN VIEW OF ABOVE I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE
ACTION OF REFUNDING MY MONEY OF RS60/- AND INCASE IT IS NOT FREE THAN
DEACTIVATE THE HELLO TUNE .BUT IN ANY CASE THE AMOUNT RS 60/- MUST BE
REFUNDED AS I HAVE NEVER CONSENTED FOR THE SAME.
SIR, IN CASE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A POSITIVE RESPONSE BEFORE 21.11.2011
FROM YOU I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO CHANGE THE MOBILE PORTABILITY
OPTION FOR SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
