Hi..im using Citi bank ATM card .i took shoppers shop card ,intialy they told no other hidden changres for this.this fully free of coast.and my salary accocunt also zero balance.without information they deducted my money on may 17th 500,50and 1.50 rs total 551.50 rs deducted first of all they told this is RBI rule im drawing this much money that why they cut it for Income tax now they are telling this shopers shop card deduction..so can help me how can i get it money back..buze this im earing money why tey took freely.9886535956
