This is to bring your notice that i have purchased BSNL Penta T-Pad ?WS802C 2 G calling under order ID: 10785478/19785472 on 19/5/2013 through online shopping from infibeam.com { Infibeam.com – Ahemdabad Corporate Office:-. NSI Infinium Global Pvt. Ltd. (Infibeam.com) 9th Floor,A-Wing, Gopal Palace,Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. Gujarat.} (Rs 7850/=) and same was received through courier (blue dart) on 23/5/2013. When i open the box tablet was damaged immediately I informed the infibeam for the damaged tablet on 23/5/2013, The company executive told me that provide us the images of damaged tablet,till onward I have mailed my complaint 12 times and no resolution given by the company(even not attending phone call), and moreover three reminder mail to resolve my complaint and no response from company. As a customer it was not expecting from the company. Terms and conditition mentioned on the web site of infibeam that consumer has to inform the company if defected item received within 72 hours. (Now replace my tablet or refund) Sir, you are requested to please take appropriate action against infibeam if you need any document (hard copy)will provide at any time as per your requirement.
