I purchased a 3 drawer dresser with mirror from Evoke ( a division of Hindware) in Pulse Mall on Ahmednagar road inPune. The dresser cost was Rs 19500/-. It was a part of set a purchased costing Rs 65000. The dresser mirror was defective. It has been 3 months since I complained and they have sent me 4 mirrors with some problem or other. Now for the last 20 days they are just sitting on it and doing nothing. Everytime I call or go there they tell me that the concerned person is on leave. I am not even given any supervisors number
