I bought a pair of shoes manufactured by Woodland company on 7th Feb 2009 from its authentic showroom in Tarabai Park Kolhapur. One of the shoes has been torned off from the joints. When I approached to Showroom and requested for either replacement or repair but to my surprise, they refused to replace and were not even ready to repair it saying the warranty period is only of three months. I have a bill for the shoes purchase but it has not mentioned the warranty period. I bought this product which is much more expensive compare to other brands expecting the better quality, but to I am experiencing completely irritating and worst response from the company showroom in Kolhapur. Please tell me how can I tackle this issue.
