Sir,
The above mentioned complainant most respectfully submits as follows:-
1) That the complainant purchased the sports bottle from S.J SPORTS shop Rajapark.
2) That the cause of action arises in Jaipur District. In case of manufactured goods, apart from place of manufacture, the cause of action arises also at the place where the product is marketed.
3) That this hon’ble District Forum has the jurisdiction to decide this matter under S. 11 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986
a) Because the value of goods does not exceed Rs. 20 lacs.
b) Because cause of action arose at Jaipur Distict.

It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this hon’ble Forum may kindly be pleased to grant the following relief:-
1) Replacement of the defective good with the good of same kind and nature that may be any other bottle of same kind and amount i.e Rs. 180 or if less then that then return the remaining amount.
2) compensation :
a) for petrol, for going again and again to the shop to rajapark from my house i.e from jagatpura which is 10 kms to and fro many times spending a lot on petrol for the purpose of changing the bottle but everytime the shopkeeper refused and given different reasons and failed to satisfy the customer (complainant).
b) For the mental agony which me and my father faced due to their rude behaviour and they challenged that they will wrongly prove in the Hon’ble Forum that i damaged the bottle by throwing it.

The Honorable Forum may kindly admit my complaint and render justice, enduring my faith in law and judiciary lasting.
