I have ordered VOX( LED projector) after seeing add by naaptol on internet. My order No 6570545 branded LED projector with remote is a defect product supply by naaptol. I call many times but no response .This projector is not “ON” from the supply. I LOST TRUST IN THE VENDOR. I DON’T WANT ANY REPLACEMENT AS THERE IS NO QUALITY IN THE PRODUCT. PLEASE REFUND my money back for the product Rs.7400 as soon as possible else I will raise the issue with the Consumer Forum in my district along with the compensation for mental harassment and the lawyers fees engaged to fight the case.
