Defective model provided on fresh purchase

I purchased a fully automatic top loading LGwashing machine on the 10th of July from Croma Electronic stores. It was delivered on the 11th of July. The technician came to show us a demo on the 13th of July. When he showed us the demo, the machine was working well (which was without any clothes loaded into it). After he went, we tried to use the machine for washing the clothes. But water startted leaking from behind the machine. We called up the technician to check but he asked to wait till nxt day. By then our passage was flooding with water. We opened the back unit of the machine & found that one of the pipe was not in its place. We fixed it ourselves. The next day when the technician came, he said that the pressure swithch needs to be changed & that we had to call up the customer care to get a new pressure switch for the machine. We did so & next day another techician came but he was unaware of the issue & didnt have the new pressure switch to replace. He informed us that one in 100 models of LG will be defective & advised us to get a replacement for the same. We registeres a complaint for getting the replacement. But all the above has caused a lot of trouble to us as inspite of being sick I had to wash the soaked clothes with hand till 2 pm in the night. My health worsened after that day.
