Defective Product –NFS UNDERGROUND game DVD

I had purchased a DVD of NFS UNDERGROUND which was defective.Upon filing the complaint with the company I was told I should send them the DVD and they will send me the fresh DVD .After I sent them the DVD via courier they sent me back the same DVD which is still defective.Its been over a month now and now they are not ready to do anything for it.I have already spent quite a bit of money after purchasing it in sending the DVD back to them and communicating to them via phobe and email.I have all the required documents that I can produce to proove my point.
