Defective Samsung Galaxy S-4 Mobile – A Review

TI bought a Samsung galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) last week. Since then I have been getting various issues like Phone often hangs and I have to remove the battery to make it work again, in-coming voice sound is bleak and difficult to hear and now even vibrator has stopped working. I did every possible thing to make it usable but failed. After which I spoke to the vendor who I bought my handset from along with a VAT paid bill and warranty. According to the shop owner, I’ll have to send across my handset to the nearest service center for repair but wondering why should I accept a defective product at the first place which needs to be repaired in the brand new condition? I should rather be given another handset as the product in my possession doesn’t even have a single mark of usage and is in ‘as is’ condition as I bought a week ago.

I am a software professional and in my extremely busy schedule, it’s my Smartphone which helps me manage multiple tasks on the go, thus is impractical to send across my phone for a couple of days for repair and do without it. Secondly since it’s a brand new product and these issues have been there from day one, I am thus entitled to get another brand new handset in exchange. Moreover it’s a clear case of cheating and malpractice. Would appreciate it if could please take this up with Samsung Mobile and get me justice on my purchase. Best regards,
