my name is vipin jain. i made the complaint of damaged knobs and selector on 9/8/2010 vide
complaint no. JAI908100077. one of the technician named Ravindra, from service
centre in jaipur visited my residence on 4/09/2010 without available parts and
then departed made me to note three telephone nos. of service centre to make
enquiry about the available parts. i phoned at service centre on one of the
nos. and person mansingh assured me that my complaint would be attended the
next day. i made various phone calls to technician ravindra to get an
appointment. lastly he visited my residence on 12/09/2010 with three knobs
packed in videocon wrapper and one opened selector. when i enquired about the
opened selector he said that he has taken this from the company and the company
is supplying the opened selectors. i said that i will write the same thing in
the job sheet’that i received the opened selector’ but he refused that he will
not allow anything to write in the job sheet except to make sign. i refused and
then he took his parts and departed without servicing for what he came to my
residence. i then made complaint in videocon call centre vide complaint no.
JAI209100065 on dt. 12/09/2010. it shows irresponsible behaviour of service
centre in jaipur and reveals an act of cheating by supplying duplicate
parts,being done towards videocon customers by the service centre. kindly look
into the matter get my machine repaired as soon as possible . i talked to area service incharge of videocon and service head of videocon mr. pankaj jain but no efforts are being made to rectify my problem till 25/9/2010 . kindly get me justice
