Dear Sir,
I have purchase a sofa set from M/s, Style Furn, Salt Lake , Kolkata in the year April 2008. They have issued a warranty Card with 5 years warranty for the sofa set. Now In the month of January 2010, I have found that, wooden part of the Sofa set become damage with effect by some insects inside. I have lodged a complain with the company on 26th January 2010 personally at their Salt Lake office. But they did not attend the call after repeated reminder. Now they are asking Rs.1000/- as service charge in advance over telephone.

So, pl. let me know what I have to do for justice.
