Dear sir,
I have purchsed articles costing Rs 437.5/- from hypercity , near jhotwara flyover,triton mall,jaipur on 02/10/2009. one towel costing Rs 199/- fund defective and in fadded colour. I went to hypercity again on 03/10/2009 at 1730hrs and requested to Mr Bajrang Singh Branch Head to kindly change the same.

But he misbehaved and refused to change the towel instead he told you go to any where/ consumer court nobody wiil order to me to change the same because i m branch head of hypercity, he misbehaved with me before 20 other customers also present therefore it is humble request to the Hon’ble consumer court to help me to get changed the defective towel and also penalise such elements for misbehaving with consumers,
