I had purchased one Exide battery of 12 Volt for Kinetic Nova from Mahavir Battery Charging station Jamnagar on 30.6.2010 vide Bill/CashMemo No.13654 2nd. time found defective and handed over to this shop on 27.9.2010 but neither he is exchanging by new one nor refunding the amount daily says to come tomorrow and i am suffering a lot becouse kick system of the vehicle is not so effective and a number of my urgent work are delaying.
