On 16/07/2013,I had purchased a B-9701-Venus Manual Bathroom Scales (Weighing Machine)via Rediff Shop online with a Cash on Delivery facility, for Rs. 678/- only. It was delivered to me on 22/07/2013 and I paid the full cash amount for the product at the time of delivery. However I opened the package after the delivery person left and much to my dismay I found that the weighing machine was not working. The scales were stuck at 70Kg and that the scales did not budge at all when I placed heavy items on it. The product is defective and does not work at all. I called up their Customer Care which went unaswered initially and then a sound machine anser saying ” All Customer Care executives are busy at the moment” .I am disappointed with the service and feel cheated of my money.I request for a proper working product with warranty or a full refund of the amount paid by me at the earliest.

I have been cheated of Rs. 678/- (Rupees Six Hundred Seventy Eight only)

I want a refund of the money, i.e. Rs. 678/- (Rupees Six Hundred Seventy Eight only), paid by me along with the requisite interest accruing on and from the date of delivery.
