Dear sir/madam I had booked a plot from above mentioned organisation in November 2012 under “Defence warriors Residency” at kanpur. I also deposited all installments in advance in march 13 and the value was Rs 8,52000 approx. But the real situation revealed that tha land was disputed so I claimed the refund of the same amount on 8th may 13.

SWO INDIA LTD. is not crediting the refund amount and making fool again and again. I have my sister’s marriage pending but they are not listening. Please help me sir and guide me.

I want my eligible refund amount with interests should be credited at the earliest.
