I purchased a handy sewing machine from concept traders through a fair on 30.06.2009.They came and delivered the machine at my residence & gave the demo.After few days the machine was not functioning properly,so,after a call they came & altered the fault.But,again after a few days the machine was not working.So,I called them up & informed them.I personally took the machine to their shop but,as no one was present I had a talk with them over the phone and left the machine with the neighbour shop.After a few days they repaired the machine & again brought it to my residence.But unfortunately it was not working.The person made some lame excuse and again took the machine along to return with it in a few days. After repeated phone calls they could not give me a replacement. As they were delaying I asked for a refund.Till date I have made innumeral phone calls all from my side.They have just kept on postponing the date for refunding the money.So,kindly help me.06.10.2009.
