I had paid the Electricity bill by cheque drawn on Nasik Merchant Co.Op. Bank ltd.
but due to Strike in Bank i.e.
Nasik Merchant Co.Op. the cheque was return.

MSEB has charged me Rs. 250/- against cheque dishonour.

Please note that there was sufficient balance in my account but due to Strike in the Bank my cheque was return unpaid. I have done several corresspondence with the MSEB but all in vain
